You can get advice on repairs, improvements and adaptations to their properties You can get advice on the local availability of grants, welfare benefits and giving information on loans and mortgages They will inspect the works to ensure that it is done to a satisfactory standard

5 Renting Have to be in Housing need Housing associations have eligibility criteria depending on your needs Contact your local authority or local associations to discuss your housing need You can apply direct to a Housing Association Or can be considered for specially adapted properties
