3 Physical c haracteristics The web-footed gecko is a tanish color with spots of yellow, black/gray and brown The web-footed average length is 5” inches The web-footed gecko has tiny scales that is colored to match the sand and it has scales on it’s eyes! The web-footed gecko has 2 unique body parts. It’s feet and it’s tail. The tail on a web- footed gecko falls off when being attacked and the feet keep the gecko from sinking into the desert sand

4 habitat The web-footed gecko lives in the (Southwest Africa) Namib desert and on cold nights it is foggy to keep the animals moist. The fog comes from the ocean. the climate is usually warm but some cold nights it is foggy 

5 behaviors The web-footed gecko eats crickets The web-footed gecko hunts for food at night to help see it’s prey The web-footed gecko lays soft eggs and in 8 weeks the eggs harden and hatch The gecko can have up to 2 egg per clutch

6 Interesting facts The web-footed gecko doesn’t use their energy to keep them warm If a enemy tries to pull the web-footed gecko out of it’s burrow it wedges itself in the burrow and wont come out The web-footed gecko’s ideal temperature is close to a human’s
