Services and Resources If you want to find housing through the university, you can choose to live in one of many Stevens leased housing locations. Stevens leases off-campus apartments in many buildings around Hoboken. Services and Resources Student Health Insurance All students are automatically enrolled in a health insurance plan through the university. Services and Resources Many Stevens graduate students are sponsored by their employers We encourage you to check at your place of employment about tuition benefits. Arrangements can be made to defer your bill until the end of the semester if your company does not make the payment at the beginning of the term. If there are a number of employees from the same site enrolled in Stevens courses, a direct billing arrangement can be made between Stevens and the employer. Financial Aid – Part Time Students

Services and Resources Full-time graduate students are eligible for scholarships and graduate assistantships Assistantships offer students the opportunity to teach or conduct research with Stevens faculty members while offering tuition support and a stipend for living expenses Students interested in assistantships should contact the Department in which they plan to study Funding for many assistantships is made available by research grants secured by Stevens’ faculty Financial Aid – Full Time Students

Services and Resources An approved Study Plan is necessary prior to enrolling for the first time Work with your advisor to establish a Study Plan Once you’ve checked in with ISSS and have submitted your Study Plan, you can register for classes online through MyStevens Important Dates First day of classes: August 26 th, 2013 Fall Add/Drop Deadline: September 9 th, 2013 Registrar Office – International Students
