5 22-23 April 2004, the Fourth GEO Plenary Meeting at Tokyo, Japan Inputs from Subgroups Substantial inputs for various sections of the Plan from Subgroups both in the content of their reports and in the form of additional work Additionally, support to Topic Leaders for Section 4 of Plan For each topic, Subgroups will be expected to nominate relevant experts to address the issues. Coordination Meeting in Paris from 13-14 May and Joint Writing Meeting in Washington DC from 10-11 June

6 22-23 April 2004, the Fourth GEO Plenary Meeting at Tokyo, Japan Inputs from Current Observing Systems Major sources have been identified, for 5 of the 9 topic areas, e.g.: Disasters (IGOS-P), Climate Change (GCOS,WCRP), Water Cycle (IGOS-P), Weather (WMO), and Ecosystems Protection (IGOS-P) Still need to identify additional expertise for 4 of 9 (Agriculture, Energy, Human Health, Biodiversity)
