2 Why should we care?  Americans have grown heavier over the last few decades.  One reason might be what and how we eat…

3 What should I be eating?  How do you know what to eat?  How do you know how much to eat?

4 Portion Distortion  Just like the population, it seems like our food has been getting bigger too…

5 What is a serving? 6 What can I do?  Split entrée when eating out  Put half of your entrée in a to-go box as soon as it hits the table  Be aware of what a portion actually is (portion vs. serving)
