14 NETS for Students Creativity and Innovation Students demonstrate creative thinking, construct knowledge, and develop innovative products and processes using technology. Students: a. apply existing knowledge to generate new ideas, products, or processes b. create original works as a means of personal or group expression c. use models and simulations to explore complex systems and issues d. identify trends and forecast possibilities

15 NETS for Teachers Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity Teachers use their knowledge of subject matter, teaching and learning, and technology to facilitate experiences that advance student learning, creativity, and innovation in both face-to-face and virtual environments. Design and Develop Digital Age Learning Experiences and Assessments Design or adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity.

Students included text, images, video/audio and links to other web sites. Each individual site was then linked to a central Red Team Periodic Table web site to create an interactive periodic table of elements.
