2. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT WE ARE IN THE CAMP OF SATAN.. IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT SATAN BELIEVES MANY PRINCIPLES OF RELIGIOUS TRUTH.

3. THINGS ON WHICH THE CHRISTIAN AND SATAN AGREE: Satan and the Christian both agree that Jesus is the Son of God. James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. Mark 1:23-24 And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, [24] Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.

5. Thought continues… The difference: Satan doesn’t go around telling people about it. However, Many who profess to be Christians don’t either! Are they any better off with their faith than Satan is with his?

6. SATAN AND THE CHRISTIAN BOTH AGREE…..THE GOSPEL IS THE POWER OF GOD UNTO SALVATION. Romans 1:16-17 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. [17] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

In the parable of the sower: Matthew 13:19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. Luke 8:12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

Satan set the example and his ministers followed that example.

11. Thought continues.. Because of the teaching of Jesus, Christians understand the importance of examples. Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

12. Thought continues.. The difference: One stands for good and the other bad. However: When a Christian fails to let his light shine, is he/she not following the example of Satan?

13. SATAN AND THE CHRISTIAN AGREE….. On the importance of diligence. 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: One only need to read through the book of Job to see the persistence of Satan.

15. SATAN AND THE CHRISTIAN AGREE.... On the importance of the soul. The Christian because of the teaching of Jesus. Mark 8:36-37 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? [37] Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

16. Thought continues.. Satan is constantly after our soul to bring it to destruction. Hebrews 10:39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; (destruction) but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. Note the contrast!

17. Sometime Satan is more concerned with your soul than you are: 1. 1. If you haven’t obeyed the Gospel. Salvation is ours only through obedience. 1 Peter 1:22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
