3. Deflux Deflux ® (Domperidone Dispersible Tablet, Suspensiuon & Drops) Deflux Deflux It is a dopamine-receptor blocking agent. It is highly effective for the treatment of gastrointestinal motility disordes such as diabetic gastroparesis. Its action on the dopamine-receptors in the chemo-emetic trigger zone produces an anti- emetic effect. Therfore, it also highly effective for the treatment of nause, vomiting too.

4. Frelax Frelax ® (Pethylene Glycol Powder for Suspension) Frelax Frelax® is a white powder for reconstitution. Polyethylene Glycol 3350 USNF powder for solution is a synthetic polyglycol having an average molecular weight of 3350. Below 55°C it is a free flowing white powder freely soluble in water. It is an osmotic agent for the treatment of constipation. It appears to have no effect on the active absorption or secretion of glucose or electrolytes. It is indicated for the treatment of constipation. This product should be used for two weeks or as directed by the physician.

It acts directly on smooth muscle of gastrointestinal tract & used to treat bowel spasm. Rostil® is indicated for the symptomatic relief of irritable bowel syndrome other conditions include chronic irritable colon, abdominal pain and cramps and non-specific diarrhoea.
