Minda Projects Ltd ( MPL) is a leader in the construction of Industrial and high rise residential with a track record spanning more than Nineteen years. We started in 1996 as a construction company with a team of dedicated, hardworking and talented engineers. Many years of innovative and hard work helped establish MPL as a leader in the construction industry with a diverse portfolio of Industrial and prestigious projects for both Japanese Industry and private sectors.
Our business strategy and market outlook were well tailored to the needs of the developing Indian market in the years to follow and we succeeded in expanding MPL to multiple and diverse companies with expertise in both Industrial and Residential sectors.

The company has developed environmental performance evaluation procedures and periodically reviews the same. Furthermore the company incorporates these environmental factors into all business decisions.
The company endeavors to use sustainable materials and products that are reusable or can be recycled.
