3. Competition- every year, Crossfitters can register to compete in an online competition presented by PocketWOD for cash prizes. The competition consists of 5 different workouts that are posted on December 1st each year. Each workout comes with a video that describes how to do each exercise in the workout with proper form and also so it counts as a full repetition for the competition. Applicants must submit a video for each workout by December 15th.
