The abstract submitted must relate to the Final Year Undergraduate/Postgraduate project in the areas outlined in the Topics section. The 1st author (FYP student) must have his/her supervisor as a 2nd author. The abstract( not longer than 300 words) submitted must not be published before. The abstract and registration form have to be certified by a Faculty Member/Head of Department. Each participant must submit the registration form and paper abstract to the COMET Organising Committee via email to comet08_sme@yahoo.com or mail to our official mailing address before the 15 th of October 2007. Notification of abstract acceptance will be made directly in written form from the 30 th of October 2007 onwards. Upon acceptance of paper abstract, participants will be required to send in the full paper to the COMET Organizing Committee by the 30 th of November 2007 together with the registration payment. Notification of final acceptance of paper for oral presentation or poster presentation will be made directly in written form from the 30 th of December onwards.
