Unless deemed unnecessary, current SCP and RespOrg functionality will be retained. The system performance will, at a minimum, match that of the current system. The new number administration environment will be capable of addressing and responding to requests for new features and functions. This document represents draft NANC TFIMG consensus requirements. Each must be reevaluated and confirmed by the NANC upon vendor response with cost details for value assessment by the NANC. This document does not address the oversight of toll free number administration. An asterisk will be used to specifically identify requirements for new features and functionality.
