Effective January 1, 2014 Income eligibility increased to 133 percent of poverty line for all children and non-disabled adults under 65 Enhanced federal matching funds for newly eligible adults Newly eligible individuals must receive benchmark coverage Medicaid Eligibility Expansion

No asset test or income disregards Use same rules as premium credits for determining household income - Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) - Household size based on tax unit Reduce countable income by amount equal to 5 percent of poverty line New Rules for Determining Eligibility
