2. Objectives
Create a system to manage information about hostels in the University of Ruhuna.
Create a system that can understand anyone, including students, staff and all others in the university.
Give ability to search information about hostels for anyone in the university at anywhere.
Give permission to change data in databases for only authorized as persons such as.
Increase the efficiency and reliability of the hostel management system.
Confirm higher accuracy of data.
Confirm the security of data.
Save time and human resources.
