Be sure to delete this slide (slide 1) before turning in your portfolio. 3. Appendix 21 in your handbook provides the evidence you should have for each competency. 4. You are to provide a brief narrative for the evidence on that slide that demonstrates that particular competency. Be sure to use spell check! 5.
