2. NPRRs NPRR693 Incorporation of “Threshold Values for Competitive Constraint Test” into the Protocols. This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) supersedes Other Binding Document (OBD) “Threshold Values for Competitive Constraint Test” and, upon implementation of this NPRR, the OBD shall be removed from the Other Binding Documents List.
