2 Wardrobe Wear something different than you did on the first interview. If someone wears the same thing on a second interview, they probably don’t have a sufficient wardrobe and will usually wear unprofessional clothing once they start work.

3 Explain your abilities and experiences that make you a good fit for the company. Do your homework between the first and second interview. 4 When you are asked to come in for a second interview, it is ok to ask who you will be interviewing with and what their title is. You will probably be interviewing with several people who will ask you similar questions. Keep your answers consistent, high energy but not stale or staged. Be Prepared

5 Getting an Offer Sometimes interviewers will ask, “If we made an offer today, what would your decision be?” You can accept on the spot if you are sure. It is appropriate to ask for the night to think it over. You can tell them how excited you are Do not say you need a week to decide. You probably had at least a week between the first and second interview. If you don’t get an offer on the spot, be sure to send thank you cards to all the interviewers.
