9. District 6400 District Assembly | 1 Grant Type Descriptions District grants are block grants made to districts to support smaller projects locally and internationally. These grants can be used in either Pilot and Non-Pilot Districts. Global grants support larger projects with sustainable, high-impact outcomes in one of the six areas of focus. Can only be used in FVP Districts.
