August / September October / November December / January February/March April/May T P G E S Teacher creates: Student Growth Goal/Plan Professional Growth Goal/Plan Meets with principal to collaborate on both goals/plans Mid-Year Conference Student Voice Survey End-of-Year Conference 4 observations (Model and observation windows decided by the district)  1 peer observation  3 supervisor observations  Pre/post-conferencing protocols At least one full observation must be conducted by the principal AND the peer observation must be done during the final year of the district’s evaluation cycle. 6

ONE BITE AT A TIME!  Working with the partially completed template, think about your calendar for the year and when these tasks might best work into your schedule. Be specific.  Think about what products/evidence you generate throughout the year as part of your normal work flow that can address the district required products and evidence. Begin a list. 12
