5 Existing Established Businesses (Transportation Fee) Transportation impact fee for changes of use will be waived for buildings permitted prior to City incorporation in 1999.

7 Payment Options Transportation, Recreation & Parks, and Fire Impact Fees “All Impact Fees to be collected at the time of issuance of a Building Permit” Current Ordinances  Fee Discount  3% Fee Discount with full payment at permit issuance  1.5% Fee Discount with full payment at final inspection and prior to Certificate of Occupancy  Installment Plans - payment starting with first City Utility Bill  12 Months (1.5% Handling Fee to cover interest and additional administrative costs)  24 Months (3% Handling Fee to cover interest and additional administrative costs)
