Here's what prompted this session In my area, there's a Guitar Teacher who was teaching in his house six years ago and now has a music studio with more than 500 Guitar, Drum, Piano and Voice Students. During the same time, the location I teach at in his area has dropped 300 students. Coincidence? He now has two locations — and is opening two more!

8. Traditional Music Lessons Aren’t Fun! Times have changed! Our teaching methods haven’t! What we teach hasn't changed! The Lesson Snatchers use this to get students!

Are your lessons tied to "jam sessions" or performance events? What do you do already? What could you improve? Do you offer Skype lessons? Any other Non-Traditional teaching? Do you offer lessons in recording or software (Pro Tools, Finale, etc.?)
