6 2014 MASTER’S PROGRAM Core courses in peace and conflict resolution Specialized courses and research Applied field experience Annual peace seminar

7 2014 CERTIFICATE PROGRAM Eight weeks of foundational instruction On-site fieldwork for 2-3 weeks

8 2014 Demonstrated leadership skills Commitment to peace and international understanding Related career goals SELECTION CRITERIA

9 2014 ADDITIONAL SELECTION CRITERIA Master’s Degree Program Undergraduate degree At least 3 years of relevant work experience Professional Certificate Program At least 5 years of relevant work experience

10 2014 APPLICATION PROCESS January-April Clubs and districts recruit applicants January-June Districts interview, select, and endorse applicants and send applications to The Rotary Foundation for processing June-September The Foundation processes applications. Districts receive confirmation by email when completed application is received. October Fellows are selected by the selection committee in a world- competitive selection process.
