6 How did we begin? 1997 one group Contemporary School Leadership 1998 two groups 1999 we make it to 100 2000 statewide four groups 2001 Web Board introduced 2002 Customized for groups of Superintendents and Principals What’s Next? Our mission statement – to ensure success for all learners.

7 What have been the results? 27% moved to administrative positions 73% assumed more leadership in current roles 60% said they use CSL skills in day-to-day work 80% strongly recommended CSL to others Contemporary School Leadership Our mission statement – to ensure success for all learners.
