10 Informant Interviews Based on 2009 Roll Data – An approximate 50/50 split between face-to-face and phone interviews Face-to-face: Pasifika rolls >5% (mainly Auckland and Wellington based institutions) Phone: Pasifika rolls <5% (other regions including South Island based institutions)
