4. Good chemicals? Some good chemicals are like vitamin’s or minerals. Simple things like that. They don’t really have to benefit you but they won’t harm you.

5. Bad chemicals? In fish, there are harmful things like mercury. In beef you have chances of mad cow disease. Sometimes in fruits and vegetables you have harmful chemicals in the skin.

6. How to get rid of some chemicals! You can get rid of some chemicals in vegetables by peeling off the skin, this helps subtract some of the chemicals out of the vegetables.

7. How to get rid of chemicals continued… To get rid of some chemicals in meat, if you thoroughly cook the meat and make sure it is fully cook it can lower your risk at getting chemicals.

8. How chemicals can help? Some chemicals are used to create medicines like anti- biotic’s. Some doctors use fruit extracts to create medicine.
