This includes test equipment, environment, and required actions of the person obtaining the values for the coexistence metrics.

Parameters that are constant over test scenarios are specified. –Example: Two 802.11b networks that use the same channel set Instance of a Scenario –Operating characteristics of both technologies must be specified. –Example: [details set of tests of File transfer/VoIP use cases]
