Copyrights Release Form: please download, sign, and upload back with your abstract Upload your submission documents (signed copyrights form + abstract) at: www.csmspace.com/upload www.csmspace.com/upload Submissions will not be considered complete unless both documents are uploaded. Note on confidentiality: Your submission is confidential until the date of the conference. Upon acceptance, your abstract will be published into the Conference Proceedings released at the time of the conference, whether the paper or poster is presented or not. Should you withdraw your submission following acceptance, but prior to the conference, we will make every effort to remove accepted abstracts from the Proceedings, but cannot guarantee it.

3. Final Paper Preparation A soft copy of your final manuscript is due at the conference for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore digital library. Your presentation (poster or platform) cannot be made unless this step has been completed. 4. Presentation Preparation and Delivery Platform Presentation Template: See posted template Tips for an effective platform presentation: check-in with your session chair. Keep your presentation delivery on time. Use your laser pointer sparingly: point at objects, do not circle objects or slide pointer repeatedly across the chart. Please bring your poster and/or presentation charts to the conference. No upload necessary. Note: Posters and Platform Presentations cannot be made unless final manuscripts are uploaded according to the previous page instructions – No exceptions!
