Global IPv6 Summit in Korea ©2001, Takashi Arano, NTT Communications “IPv6 Day” - Let's Develop an IPv6 Technical Map-  A half-day conference organized by IPv6 Deployment Committee, at Chiba on 6 June 2001  Reviewed current status and issues from various points of views – router and routing, server and applications (incl. DNS), ISP operation, enterprise and home network and application, address policy and management  Each element is almost ready except DNS v6 transport, etc.  Operation and management technology, new security model, new applications are expected to be studied more.

More and more traditional IPv4 people have started to be involved in IPv6 deployment in a business sense.
