NCAA Swimming Recruiting Guidelines Sophomore YearNo recruiting materials except camp brochures and questionnaires. Coach may not initiate contact No official visits allowed Junior YearCoach can send recruiting materials after September 1 Coach may initiate contact after July 1 No official visits allowed Senior YearCoach can send recruiting materials after September 1 of Junior year Off-campus contact between coach and recruit may not exceed 3 times during the year One official visit allowed per school for a recruit
