3 What happens after a volunteer completes training? Retention We want them to finish their first case. We want them to take another case. We want them to be promoting CASA within their social circles.

4 What does it take to retain?  Access to CASA staff and other volunteers  Updates from CASA staff and volunteers  Get them into your office

5 Retention naturally leads to Recruitment  Track volunteer sources  Current volunteers are already recruiting for you?  If not, why?

6 Regroup with staff  Meet with staff after training to discuss what worked.  Develop new ideas for next time.  How can other supporters help out?
