11 Chapter Overview 14 April 2005 North Star Chapter PM 11 A Reminder We will continue the chapter incentive program to encourage attendance at our meetings. We will again keep accurate attendance records. Those attending six or more meetings in June 2004 through May 2005 will have their membership reimbursed for the dues year 2004 – 2005 ($80) BE SURE AND SIGN THE ATTENDANCE LIST!

13 Chapter Overview 14 April 2005 North Star Chapter PM 13 Our Speaker William Putnam has spent a total of 30 years in the test arena, of which 10 were in the commercial industry and the last 20 in Defense at GDAIS. Bill was challenged in 2002 to orchestrate the development of an Integration & Test Organization that would align with General Dynamics Mission Systems Vision and Common Process Framework. As a result of this challenge, he is now Manager of the Integration & Test Organization for GD Mission Systems, leading a multifunctional department of 60 engineers consisting of specialists in systems integration, test equipment design, verification & validation, test software development, product characterization analysts and technical support personnel. Bill holds a BSEE degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Masters of Arts in Business & Leadership from Hamline University.
