2 Your goal is to either a poem, song, or children’s story to diagram your understanding of the digestion of food from the time you realized you were hungry to the elimination of waste. –Task: Using the book, “notes” given to you, and the essay “What Happens to the Food you Eat?” (pp 338-340), create a poem, song, or children’s book to explain what is happening during digestion beginning at the brain going through digestion. You must also include with your poem song, or story at least 1 DRAWN and LABELED diagram of the digestive system and at least 1 other appropriate illustration. Lyrics and stories should be appropriate and simple enough that you could read it to a child. You may want to use the vocabulary listed below in your poem, song, or story.
