The purpose is to make a synthesis of the Purchasing Polcy to be presented to DPP, Passion Brand and Component Brand.
It has to be updated every year
The PAC is writen by the Industrial Buyer.
The PAC is based on panel analysis, international context, Passion Brand PCC and Supply policies, Component Brand strategies as welle as Decathlon main strategies
All actions plan and purchasing gains figures still remains in THE BOARD. Purchasing team manager have the responsability to validate the pruchasing gain.
