WET, WET, WET!!! * 2.24” of September precip. at PDX as of 5pm today. * September 2013 is in the top 20 all-time wettest Septembers on record at PDX (1940-2013). Wettest on record = 1986 @ 4.30” * First snow at Timberline overnight last night! ENSO neutral conditions exist across the tropical Pacific presently. * Continued negative PDO number for August. * Coolest night of the season tonight across NW Oregon and SW Washington? Foggy tomorrow morning. Active jet aiming at Pacific NW this weekend with potential for more record setting rainfall somewhere in western Oregon or western Washington? Remnants of Typhoon Pabuk coming with it?
