4 ‘U-14s’: RULES OF the COMPETITION 1.Teacher-advisors and coaches accompanying the teams will be responsible for the good conduct of the teams and their supporters. 2.Teacher-advisors and coaches will be responsible for ensuring that no mobile phones, pagers, computers or any other forms of mobile communication are used by the team or supporters in the holding and debate venues.
