Attention seniors: Are you interested in earning a full tuition scholarship to study accounting, business management, computer technology, medical technology, or office technology? If you answered yes, then you should consider UNOH and attend their open house on Friday, Oct. 26 from 9:00- 3:00 pm to learn how you can earn this full tuition scholarship. See Guidance for more information. 3. Attention juniors and seniors: Are you considering Youngstown State University? If so, they are having two CRASH DAY/OPEN HOUSES on Saturday, October 20 and Friday, November 16. These are days for students and parents to meet faculty members and current students, explore different academic colleges and majors, and finally-tour the campus, residence halls and dining facilities. Please stop in HS Guidance for more info. 4. All juniors that are interested in applying for Prom Chair can pick up an application from Mr. Lamb. Applications are due back to him by today. If you have any questions, see Mr. Lamb. 5.Conditioning for HS Girls Basketball began yesterday after school from 3-4:30. All girls not involved in a fall sport should be in attendance. Bring running shoes and clothes to go outside. Conditioning will be Monday thru Thursday. See Mr. Thomas if you have any questions. 6.There will be a STAND meeting for current STAND members during Junior/Senior homeroom in Mrs. Rafferty's room Wednesday 10 /17. Sophomores, you can bring your lunch. 7.Attention HS Students: NHS will be selling baked goods during homeroom tomorrow. They will travel to homerooms so bring your money with you. 8.All NHS students that signed up to bake or sell goodies during homeroom tomorrow, please remember that the NHS bake sale is tomorrow. Don’t forget your food. 9.This is a reminder for all juniors who have registered to take the PSAT tomorrow. You will be taking this test tomorrow at 7:45am in the cafetorium. Please report directly to the cafetorium instead of reporting to first period. 10.Today is World Food Day. In honor of World Food Day, the FCCLA is selling healthy snacks for just 50 cents a piece after school in the FCS room. Be sure to stop by after school today to pick up your healthy snack.
