Whatever result they decide they want is inevitable Provided they keep taking action, refining their approach, work on their inner game, and keep at it long enough... A coach is a facilitator of growth and change We can help them get results they want, but they have to do it Time is the only “x” factor

Stand tall and strong as if you have all the confidence in the world Breathe as if you were invincible Notice how powerful and strong you feel right now Imagine having a free session with a potential client while feeling like this There’s no room in your body for doubts and fears You can change how you feel at any moment with just physiology

Do this before any session Find something in nature that is really beautiful and appreciate how beautiful it is Notice details and overall beauty As you appreciate it you will feel more centered If there’s nothing beautiful in your environment, change your environment

Slap your hands together Rub them together Repeat Hold them apart and feel the tingling in your hands Slowly move your hands together and apart Feel an electromagnetic energy Feel yourself being more centered

“Help me say, do, and be the right things at the right times to make the impact and difference my client needs today.” “Give me the most power you can to help me find the power within myself to make the biggest impact on my client today.”

A: Yes. A lot of it is very spiritual. Don’t worry about how people will react to it. It’s a means to an end. Q: Can we change our physiology to attract our customer avatar? A: It’s the core of your ideal client. Make one person out of who all your clients actually are, and that is your customer avatar. Clients are most attracted to people who are like them, or a little ahead of them

Package: It’s up to you to package things in a way people will recognize what you’re offering You can’t blame people for not getting it You need to educate yourself as to what people need Revisit feelings and explore them, release sources of lack of confidence Energetic Spectrum: Shame, guilt and apathy near the bottom
