2 History Check the website for Power point brief on changes proposed prior to meeting. http://www.fureyplantation.com/proposed-changes-overview.html The five changes approved at 2013 General Membership Annual Meeting were: 1.Add item to prohibit dumping anything in the river. 2.Add caveat that already built homes were not subject to new dwelling size limits. 3.Maintain tree removal requiring ARC approval size at 4 inches vice 12 inches. 4.Add requirement to be in good standing with annual POA dues to maintain voting rights as a property owner. 5.Modify proposed minimum dwelling size for off river/interior lots to 2500sq ft. vice 2700 sq. ft.

3 Changes made based on Lawyer Review Page 1 Made references to Common Community Properties consistent. Removed category of “Limited use Common Properties” ( none exist) Added Exhibit B to describe Common Properties

4 Changes made based on Lawyer Review Page 2 To accommodate SC law – Satellite dish size, permit port-a-potties during construction, and leash laws Reorganize “Assessment” Section for clarity Clarify responsibility for maintenance of remote septic drain fields Correct references to McCormick county Real estate office.( Clerk of Court)

5 What is Next Approve final Document at Annual Meeting File approved Covenant document with voting details within 30 days to McCormick County Clerk of Court
