3. 3 1. Continued working with the ERCOT Manager of Operations to address each system incident. Marcus Weber and Trey Felton reviewed the summary and detail pages of the IT incident log. #1

4. #2 2. ERCOT update of browser support for SCR750. Based upon RMS discussion in February, consensus was reached pending TDTWG and ERCOT review list of specific browsers that ERCOT should support, and indicate a timeframe when ERCOT will be able to support specified browsers (i.e. 6 months after current browser release). Section 4, Browser Compatibility, added to Retail SLA. Vote at RMS in April, IE.7 guide available on web TDTWG site. Response time and system degradation SLA was reviewed. 4

5. #3 3. Approved Goals, Scope, and Objectives for 2009. Based upon RMS discussion in February, to merge the two work groups TDTWG and MMWG. The combined Goals, Scope and Objectives were reviewed, consensus was reached. Texas Data Transport Work Group will retain the name as it is recognized in the market and majority of scope did not change. 5

7. 7 #5 5. Discussed and reviewed Market Metrics Q4 2008 reports. Discussed combined TDTWG and MMWG responsibilities pertaining to reporting.

8. 8 #6 6. Created draft RMGRR for the Merger of TDTWG and MMWG Worked with Sandra Tindall from Market Rules to create draft RMGRR for TDTWG review and approval by during April 8 th conference call.

9. 9 TDTWG Follow-up item: Reminder Note from TDTWG December mtg: A full test of the Disaster Recovery system is scheduled to be tested in 2009 (related to incident of 10/30/08).
