7. P ERSONAL I NFORMATION Martin Luther King Jr. was born on January 17,1929 in Atlanta Georgia. He died on April,1968. Martin Luther King Jr. mom and dad’s real names were Alberta Williams King and Martin Luther King Sr.

8. A CCOMPLISHMENTS Martin Luther King. campaigned against blacks and whites being apart. He campaigned peacefully. He led many protests including the Montgomery Bus Boycott. He fought for rights for African Americans.

9. F UN F ACTS King helped organize the Montgomery Bus Boycott. Another person made famous due to the boycott was Rosa Parks. Dr. Martin Luther King was awarded The Noble Peace Prize in 1964.
