FFA History u 1989 National Future Farmer changed to FFA New Horizons u 1990 PALS (partners in active learning) was launched. u 1994 – First African American National FFA President – Corey Flournoy was elected.

FFA History u 1996 – ffa.org made its debut u 1998 - National FFA Center was moved from Alexandria, VA to Indianapolis. u 1999 – The National FFA Convention was moved from Kansas City, MO to Louisville, KY u 1997 – first Agri-Entrepreneurship Awards

FFA History u 2002 = FFA’s 75 th Anniversary u 2003 the National FFA President elected was from Puerto Rico. u 2009 – 40 years of women in FFA u 2010 – Dr. Larry Case retired after 26 years as the National FFA Advisor. u 2011 - National FFA Alumni’s 40 th Anniversary
