1 Format of the Bibliography Cards for books Name of the author (last name first)Title of the book (underlined)Place of publication (city)Name of the publisherYear of publication (most recent year)PLEASE NOTE: A comma is placed between the author’s last and first names. A period is placed after the author’s name and the book’s title. Be sure to underline the book’s title.
