What is FluidSurvey? UWindsor on-line survey tool that allows you to quickly and efficiently create your own surveys. Offers: –Easy to use instrument design –Easy deployment via web link, personalized emails, Facebook, Twitter, and mobile devices –Ability to analyze your data, create reports, and export your results to CSV (Excel), PDF, SPSS and Word.

It provides a fast and efficient way to collect & analyze information online. Data can be exported to popular file formats. Ability to grant access to a survey to a group of users Ability to create e-mail notifications within Fluid Surveys

Using this Tool for Administrative Purposes Can be used to collect any type of information from individuals/groups Enhances efficiencies –Provides a fast and efficient way to collect information and print reports Opportunity to move existing forms into web based forms (accessibility, migration from Lotus Notes) The surveys are compliant with our current accessibility requirements as specified by AODA, 2005
