(1) T & T Project Managers MembershipEvery Project has one or several Project Managers (e.g. 2 for Gazelle) Assigned by the T&T Committee ReportingReports to T&T Committee for scope, budget and timeline Role Responsibilities Organize day to day development activities Animate the dedicated development community Coordinate contributors activities Accept or reject external contributions Has authority to make project related calls and is accountable that project is executed according to project plan Operational part of Testing & Tools Development

(2) Technical Management Group MembershipThe Development Project Managers gather in the Technical Managment Group ReportingAnnual report to the T&T Committee Role & responsibilitiesEnsure technical consistency over the various projects Technical liaison towards domain committees Coordination between Development Project Managers

(3) Testing and Tools Committee MembershipIHE member organization + national or regional deployment committee substantially contributing resources to T&T level of contribution/sponsorship yearly evaluated by TMG and approved by IHE Intl Board ReportingReports to the IHE International Board and submits for its approval an annual report, which includes a plan and schedule for testing activities worldwide and a plan and budget for development of testing software and related tools to support these activities Role & responsibilities(a) Strategy Build the IHE Testing and Tools Strategy to be approved by the Board Make recommendations to the Board regarding intellectual property issues relating to testing and tools activities (b) Funding Secure funding for the development of testing software and related tools Supervision and Strategy for Testing & Tools Activities

Role & responsibilities(c) Supervision Initiate development projects of testing software and other tools used in the testing process, Assign the Project Management of each development Project, Supervise and coordinate testing activities and development of testing software and other tools used in the testing process, Provide guidance to the Technical Management Group (TMG) in its oversight of testing activities and development of testing software and related tools, Manage and coordinate budget and resources, including funding, voluntary manpower and software libraries, contributed to development of testing software and related tools, Coordinate development and maintenance of infrastructure used in testing process, including Websites, Coordinate the requirements gathering process for test specifications and test assertions Develop, in conjunction with the Domain Coordination Committee, a consistent approach to ensure testability of Profiles, Develop and maintain quality procedures for testing processes and events, (3) Testing and Tools Committee
