They are planned for 30 minutes each, including a discussion. Session chairs will be strict with time limitations as it is essential to keep up to the busy schedule. Presenting authors are kindly asked to bring their presentations as Power-Point or PDF-files on a memory stick or on a CD. Authors are advised to load and check their presentations with the IT personnel in advance (the day before their presentation or at least one hour before the beginning of their session).  Poster session is scheduled for Friday, 19 th September, 16:30–18:00, in one of the halls in the Hotel. The aproximate space for each poster is 85 cm width by 120 cm height. Mounting supplies for posters will be available in the poster area. Authors are kindly asked to have their posters mounted at the beginning of the first day of the conference and to remove them at the end of the last day of the conference. Social program:  Friday evening – Symposium Dinner  Saturday afternoon - Excursion: boat trip to St. Naum and/or visit to Ohrid. The Balkan Symposium on Archaeometry is organized in the framework of the FP6 Project “ Reinforcement of the research capacities of the Spectroscopy Laboratory for Archaeometry ” granted to the Institute of Chemistry, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, "SS. Cyril & Methodius “ University, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.
