2. This DBA application features an advance 3 tab form with linked sub forms, multi- dependent dropdown lists along with dependent auto fill fields. It also has the capacity to store and display images or documents.

3. Once the item is selected, the rest of the related fields are populated.

4. Clicking the ADD/VIEW CONTACT button will open the Vendor Contact Form to add new contacts.

5. Note: the Vendor Contact Form will open with related data current to the Main Form
