4.  We’ve Gone Google!  Google Apps for Education is a free suite of hosted email & collaboration applications just for schools.  Also can be used outside of the District. 5.  Communication is vital so please check it throughout the day (minimize window for easy access).  School Email is accessible through the Google Apps for Education program aka….

6.  Google Drive is a cloud storage service that allows you to store your documents, photos, videos, and more online. From Drive, you can also use Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other applications to create and edit various types of files. Google Drive and Docs.  Each user has 25 gb of storage on their Drive

7.  Network Storage is a sliver of space on a server located here at the District. Space is limited and it is intended for ONLY school data.  Each user has 1 gb of storage on their Z: Drive  Access through “Computer”  SO WHICH IS BETTER TO USE?

9.  Voicemail is available check regularly.  Can check from any phone  Email will also show up in your email  If delete from email, does not delete from phone and vice versa at this time.  To set up, select messages and then pin is 112233#
