Employers’ Perspective Due to the scarcity of entry-level employees, many identified industries are faced with attempting to satisfy their customer needs without adequate staffing. High turnover and lack of retention plans have many employers in the inner city clamoring for a strategy to improve their staffing levels and retention rates.
