5. Calendar Categories Not everyone will want to have calendar categories but this is a great option since you may only have one calendar per website. You may use this option for different sports on an athletic calendar or different class assignment if you teach more than one subject or level or school events vs classroom events.

6. Determine the Needed Categories Select Manage Categories Name the category and select color for the category. The naming system is for the hex system which uses 6 numbers. You may also type the name of a color if it has 6 letters or fewer.
