17 Did We Reach Our Goals? In our Region:  100% of 4 DSAs met the 75% goal  0% of 4 DSAs met the 3.75 goal  100% of 4 DSAs met the DCD goal

18 Region 7 Strategy The biggest opportunity for improvement in our Region is to INCREASE OTPD by:  Focus on ECD (Extended Criteria Donors)  23.5% of total donors  OTPD 2.10  ECD ≠ A “Bad” Donor

19 Region 7 Strategy What vehicles, forums, and partnerships can we use to establish powerful, exciting Regional accountability within and among the four estates?  Bi-Monthly Webinars  Collaborative sessions at Regional UNOS meetings  Attendance at annual NLC (National Learning Congress – Nov. 3-4, 2010 – Grapevine, TX)

20 What’s Next? What can we do by next Tuesday?  Gain Commitment to keep moving forward  Engage partners to commit to attending Regional Webinars - Next Webinar – November 19 th at 2:00pm  Commit to implementing strategies to improve outcomes  Continue to keep the 4 estates in action on the collaborative goals
